THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15571 of 2015 ORDER:

When there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on 09-06-2016, this Court directed the matter to be listed next week. On the previous occasion i.e., on 15-02-2016, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
