THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1606 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 13-04-2016 in W.P.No.9973 of 2016.

Heard.

By way of the above said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition, permitting the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent authorities, enclosing all the material in support of his case, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, with a request to refer for re-medical examination and this Court also further directed that if any such application is made within the time stipulated so, the case of the petitioner be referred to re-medical examination and to take further action in the matter.

A counter-affidavit deposed by the Joint Secretary, APGENCO, Vidyut Soudha, Hyderabad is filed stating that in compliance of the above said orders, dated 13-04-2016 further action was taken and a detailed speaking order was passed on 20-09-2016 rejecting the claim of the petitioner

herein and questioning the same W.P.No.33416 of 2016 has been filed by the petitioner before this Court. In view of the above reasons, the Contempt Case is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
