Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file execution petition to recover the amount payable to the petitioners from the respondents as per decision dt.18-03-2005 in M.V.O.P.No.541 of 2003 of the III Additional District Judge, Warangal, as confirmed in the order dt.23-04-2013 in M.A.C.M.A.No.3459 of 2005. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
