Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3. The writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the petitioner's case for referring him to Corporate/Apex Medical Board for conducting re-medical examination of his actual physical fitness and declaring him as unfit for further services basing on his present physical fitness, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to grant all the consequential benefits.

4. Though the writ petition is filed urging various grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to dispose of the representation, dated 04.03.2014, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders at the earliest.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents did not dispute the same.

6. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 04.03.2014, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law and taking regard to the order, dated 30.9.2015, passed in W.P.No.31497 of 2015 of this Court, as early as possible,

preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
