This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.119 of 2009 from the file of the I Additional District Judge, Guntur, and transfer the same to any other competent Court in Vijayawada.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a fresh transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
