Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks to extend the time to the petitioners to surrender before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhadrachal, on or before 16.08.2022, as per the directions of this Court in Crl.P.No.5027 of 2022, dated 20.06.2022.

The petitioners are accordingly permitted.
