THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.17316 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 19.04.2018, to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 19.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
