Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that the 1st petitioner purchased lands to an extent of Ac.4.90 cents & Ac.3.81 cents in Sy.No.383 A1/A from one Premavardhan Reddy vide registered documents dated 19.12.2017 and 03.01.2018. The 2nd petitioner also purchased land to an extent of Ac.4.90 cents & Ac.4.02 cents in Sy.Nos.380/B & 386/A1 from the same vendor on 9.01.2018. Since the date of their purchase they are in possession and enjoyment of the same. Accordingly, petitioners submitted application through Mee-Seva to the Tahsildar-3rd respondent to mutate their names in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour. But so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

As per the material placed on record on 11.01.2018 & 17.02.2018 the application of the petitioners was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Holagunda Mandalam, Holagunda, Kurnool District, shall consider the application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
