The counsel for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 27.08.2018, in the Registry stating that he was instructed by his clients that the police are going to close the case against them as the de facto complainant is no more and hence, he seeks to post the matter for withdrawal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted by this court on 17.12.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
