THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.16245, 16602, 16608, 16609, 16625, 16629, 16633, 16637, 16702, 16720, 16755 & 16805 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order in W.P.No.10948 of 2018 dated 23.04.2018 and a copy of the same is placed before the Court. This Court disposed of the said writ petition and the operative portion of which reads as under:

" For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to release the commodities in favour of the petitioner herein for distribution of the same to the card holders as per law. However, it is open for the respondent authorities to proceed strictly in accordance with law while initiating the action, as mentioned supra, under Clause 5 (15) of the Control Order. This order is subject to the final order to be passed by the respondent authorities as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
