HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:1178 OF 2014 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents Nos.1 to 3 in not taking appropriate action to declare that the members of the managing committee of the 4th respondent-society ceased to hold office as per Section 32(1-A) of the A.P.C.S. Act, and in not taking steps to supersede the said managing committee as per Section 34 r/w Section 115-D (15)(b)(VI) of the Cooperative Societies Act, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. When this matter has been taken up, the learned Counsel for the unofficial respondents submitted that new committee was appointed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
