HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.869 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

In W.P.No.36910 of 2014, dated 02-12-2014, this Court while not approving the imposition of three times tariff, liberty was granted to the respondents to call upon the consumers to produce Occupancy Certificate. However, under the impugned proceedings only 15 days time is given to the petitioner for production of Occupancy Certificate. In my view, the respondents must give reasonable time to the petitioner to enable her to produce Occupancy Certificate, as the petitioner has to approach Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (for short "G.H.M.C") for obtaining Occupancy Certificate. In view of that, the time stipulated in the impugned proceedings is extended by three more months, within which time the petitioner shall obtain Occupancy Certificate from G.H.M.C. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
