HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No. 41201 of 2016 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned suspension order in Rc.B.1176/ 2016, dated 17.11.2016 suspending the dealership of the petitioner to the Fair price shop No.2 situated at Sundipenta village, Srisailam Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of arguments, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the suspension order dated 17.11.2016 is revoked and the authorization of the shop of the petitioner to distribute the essential commodities was restored and hence the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In the result, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
