This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the Judgment and decree dated 25.04.2017 in M.V.O.P.No.1508 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalath vide Award dated 14.07.2018. 3.
