Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that the land to an extent of Ac.8.76 cents in Sy.No.114, Chirthanakallu Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District, is their ancestral property. Out of the same, Ac.4.38 cents was partitioned among the petitioners. 1st petitioner got Ac.1.46 cents and the 2nd petitioner got Ac.2.92 cents and they are in possession and enjoyment of the said lands and cultivating the same. In order to obtain pattadar pass books as per the new government laws, petitioners have submitted application through Mee-Seva to the Tahsildar-3rd respondent to mutate their names in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour. But so far no order communicating mutation of their name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

As per the material placed on record on 17.02.2018, the application of the petitioner was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Kosigi Mandalam, Kurnool District, shall consider the application of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
