THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.19740 of 2005 ORDER:

The challenge in this writ petition is to the notice issued by the Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), K.R.Puram, West Godavari district in S.R.No.7/2005 dated 19.7.2005.

2. Today, when the matter is called, an order dated 30.11.2010 passed by the Special Deputy Collector, Tribal Welfare, Polavaram is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. By virtue of the said order, the Special Deputy Collector concluded that the possession and enjoyment in this particular schedule property by the petitioner herein is not in contravention of the Regulations and accordingly closed the matter.

3. In view of the above development, the issue in the present writ petition does not warrant any adjudication by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by placing on record the order dated 30.11.2010 passed by the Special Deputy Collector, Tribal Welfare, Polavaram in S.R.No.7 of 2005.
