As the last date for admission into MBBS course was 31.08.2019, in terms of the law laid by the Supreme Court, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
