THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.110 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.985 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to Family Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. She further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the permission is accorded and the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.985 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
