THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16705 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted representations on 12.02.2018 and 23.04.2018 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to verify the said representations and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are submitted by the petitioner herein, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representations, dated 12.02.2018 and 23.04.2018, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in view of the ensuing rainy season. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
