THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19086 OF 2019 O R D E R :

The limited grievance in the Writ Petition is that the respondent bank is not releasing the documents deposited with them as collateral security for the loan borrowed, in spite of the fact that the entire loan amount stands satisfied and there is nothing to be paid.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank, on instructions, submits that loan has been repaid, however, on account of the attachment orders of the Sale Officer of the Cooperative Bank, documents are withheld.

In view of the said submission, without going into the merits of the matter, in view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps on the orders of the Sale Officer, if so advised. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
