HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY C.M.A.No.2503 of 2002 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the orders dated 10.08.2001 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Circle-II, Visakhapatnam in W.C.No.10 of 2000.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 14.09.2015 before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
