HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5467 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.66 of 2018 on the file of the SHO, CCC Naspur Police Station, Mancherial District, registered against the petitioner/A1 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

During the course of arguments, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submits that in this case charge sheet has already been filed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 3.
