It is stated that the petitioners applied to the Housing Corporation in the year 1984 to construct the houses under weaker section scheme. On that the authorities of Housing Corporation issued pattas to the petitioners in the year 2001, but they have not delivered the possession of the house sites. As such, the petitioners made representations, dated 14-09-2009, to the respondents for delivery of possession. Since no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representations, dated 14-09-2009, made by the petitioners in accordance with law, subject to genuinity of patta certificates within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
