The petitioners are casual labourers and they submitted a representation to the respondents to consider their cases for regularization.

When their cases were not considered, they filed W.P.No.4082 of 2006, and this Court disposed of the same on 29.10.2007 directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 16.02.2006 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Thereafter, the petitioners submitted a representation on 19.04.2008, and when no orders were passed by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representations of the petitioners dated 16.02.2006, 19.04.2008 and 23.06.2008 were considered and an order was passed on 10.07.2008 rejecting their request. He further submits that the petitioners have not challenged the order dated 10.07.2008 and they are under the impression that no orders were passed by the respondents. 3.

In view of the order passed by the respondents on 10.07.2008, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and hence the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
