This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 2nd respondent in not releasing the Tractor & Trailor vehicles of the petitioners bearing Regd.Nos.AP 15 TC 5634 & TS 02 EE 3413, AP 15 TB 8934 & AP 15TB 8918, AP 36 AZ 5569 & AP 36 AZ 5568, AP 15 BF 6775 & AP 15 BM 9428, AP 15 Y 2777 & AP 15 Y 2778 and TS 02 ER 6568 & AP 15 N 7792.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that vehicles seized were produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurabad.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.41579 of 2018 dt.22.11.2018.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Magistrate before whom the vehicles were said to have been produced and file application(s) as per the procedure established by law and seek release of the vehicles by bringing to the notice of the Court the policy decision taken by the Government and the terms of the G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 19.02.2018, if the petitioners so desire and

on such application(s) being filed the concerned Court is to pass appropriate orders. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
