THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16795 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for Revenue, Land Acquisition and Municipal Administration and Urban Development. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleaders that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 30.08.2017, in W.P.No.7016 of 2017 & batch. A copy of the same is also placed on record along with the Writ Petition as a material paper. Operative portion of the said order reads as under: "The Writ Petitions are accordingly partly allowed setting aside the declarations under Section 19 (1) of Act 30 of 2013 and giving liberty to the petitioners to raise objections under Section 15 (2) of Act 30 of 2013.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded herein, this Writ Petition is also partly allowed in terms thereof.

Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 30.08.2017, in W.P.No.7016 of 2017 & batch.
