THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.26188 OF 2007 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that long time back the petitioner has taken away the record along with 'No Objection Vakalat' and he is no longer appearing for the writ petitioner. As there was no representation for the writ petitioner and as neither the writ petitioner was present nor any counsel representing the petitioner entered appearance, this Court on 20.08.2018, directed that the Writ Petition be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Yet again, there is no representation for the writ petitioner and no counsel representing the writ petitioner entered appearance. The above conduct of the writ petitioner indicates that the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
