This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 12-07-2019 vide GPC Lr.No.93/2019-20 issued to the petitioner cancelling the permission issued to him in respect of plots bearing Nos 1, 2 and 3 admeasuring 2400 square yards in Sy.No.775/A/4 situated at Korremula Village, Chowdariguda Grampanchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, now in Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that building permission was cancelled without issuing any notice and this Court has considered the validity of the impugned order in WP.No.17648 of 2019 and allowed the writ petition by its order, dated 22-08-2019, on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice. The said fact is not disputed by Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Grampanchayat. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the impugned order is set aside only on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice. However, this order will not preclude the competent authority from taking action against the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to him.
