This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 10.08.2013 passed in I.A.No.180 of 2013 in F.C.O.P.No.21 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court-cum-III Additional District Judge, Warangal. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
