Sri Vijay B.Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 23.01.2020, to the Registry stating that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies before the proper forum. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
