THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16913 of 2018 ORDER:

Mr.Suresh Shiv Sagar, counsel for petitioner after making a few submissions on the main prayer, accepting the fact that revision in respect of same subject matter is pending before the Government under Section 166-B of Land Revenue Act seeks liberty to file petition for suitable reliefs.

Liberty is granted and the petitioner can file suitable petition before the Government in the pending revision including taking note of subsequent developments to which some reference is made in the writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
