This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.198 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medak.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that trial was completed in the said case, final judgment was pronounced acquitting the accused and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
