There was no representation for the petitioners when this matter was taken up for hearing on 14.08.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.09.2015. Thereafter, on 03.09.2015 and 08.10.2015, there was representation for the petitioners and the matter was adjourned to 29.10.2015 at the instance of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation yet again for the petitioners or their learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
