Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in interfering with the civil dispute with regard to agricultural land in Sy.Nos 149/3, 149/11, admeasuring an extent of Ac.1-40 cents situated in A.Narayanapuram Village, Anantapur Rural (M) and District, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions saying that on the complaint of the 5th respondent, a case in Cr.No.168 of 2017 was registered against the petitioner on 14-10-2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 read with Section 34 IPC. As a part of investigation, the Investigation Officer called the petitioner for the purpose of investigation only and they never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner. In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
However, the police shall not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. However, this order will not preclude the police from investigating into the crime. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
