Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition(TR), the respondent authorities had promoted the writ petitioner and the cause in the writ petition (TR) would not survive for further adjudication and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.
