This criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.240 of 2017 of Wyra Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the bail application averments, F.I.R. and the instructions received by the learned Public Prosecutor with statements of witnesses 1 to 7 examined. 3.

A perusal of the record, particularly from the statement of LWs.1, 2 and 7 shows, the petitioners are no way entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. However, this observation will not prejudice any surrender and getting of regular bail on own merits.
