"...Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not following regulationNo.5(ii) of the Andhra Pradesh Managing Committees (Constitutions, Functions and Duties) Regulations, 2009 for constitution of Managing Committee for Jamia Masjid, Hindupur town, Anantapur District."

Mr. D.V.N.Acharya, on instructions, states that the second and third respondents would follow the law and constitute managing committee for the subject institution. Statement placed on record.
