This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.183 of 2011 on the file of Station House Officer, C.K.Dinne Police Station, Kadapa District.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
