OF 2017 ORDEII Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the then Andhra Pradesir Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated t7.04.2014, passed interim order as follows:- "The applicant was suspended from service on 28.11.2013. So far no Charge memo is issued to the applicant. Therefore, pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned suspension order vide Proceedings No.ME/94.18/2013, dated 28.11.2013, issued by the 1't respondent, is suspended."

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in view of the interim order dated L7.04.20L4, the respondent authorities had reinstated the petitioner into service and submits that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded the same.
