Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition on the ground that the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the Court below is not proceeding further with the suit in view of pending of Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
