When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4052 of 2019, dt.24.04.2019, the case of the petitioners was considered and rejected vide proceedings dt.06.12.2019.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered view that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4052 of 2019, dt.24.04.2019 have been complied with and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
