CRL.P.MP.No. 12177 OF 2017 This miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.805 of 2009 on the file of I Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 IPC.

The petitioner/Accused No.2 and the second respondent/defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsels and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity. A joint memo of compromise is filed by both the parties, when terms of joint memo of compromise are explained in Telugu language, they are admitted to be true and correct. The second respondent submitted that she lodged the complaint due to misunderstanding against the petitioner/A-2, who is none other than her brother-in-law. Further, it is now submitted that, both the petitioner/Accused No.2 and the second respondent/defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.

Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the

MSM,J CrlP_17155_2016 offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the joint memo filed along with this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Crl.P.NO.17155 OF 2016 In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRL.P.MP.No. 12177 OF 2017, this criminal petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
