Petitioners, who claim to have appeared for screening test on 18-01-2015 at various places in Prakasam District for allotment of franchise for running Mee Seva Centers, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by non-declaration of the results of the said test.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, submitted that the results of the screening test were declared. He is, however, unable to state as to when the results were declared and whether they were communicated to the candidates or not.

In view of the above, respondent No.3 is directed to verify whether the results of the screening test, stated to have been conducted on 18-01-2015, have been declared or not. If the results have already been declared, he shall ensure that the same are communicated to the petitioners within three days from the date of receipt of this order. Conversely, if the results have not yet been declared, he shall take immediate steps for declaration of the same.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49761 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
