HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9709 & 9710 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8993 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.286 of 2016 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.110 of 2015 of Kalapathar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 324 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
