HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4070 of 2010 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Though the matter is posted under the caption "FOR ORDERS OF COURT", at the request of learned counsel for the parties, the Civil Revision Petition itself is taken up for consideration and being disposed of.

2. This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the decree dated 07.08.2009 in I.A.No.472 of 2008 in O.P.No.11 of 2001 passed by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

3. When the matter is called for hearing, it is submitted that as the final decree dated 07.08.2009 in I.A.No.472 of 2008 in O.P.No.11 of 2001 is not prepared in tune with the order passed therein, further application being I.A.No.6 of 2015 is filed and the same is pending consideration. In view of filing of I.A.No.6 of 2015, learned counsel for the parties requested to dispose of the civil revision petition itself, by sending the record back to the Court below, with a direction to consider and pass appropriate orders in I.A.No.6 of 2015.

4. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the parties, this civil revision petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the Court below to consider I.A.No.6 of 2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
