HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5733 of 2016 ORDER :

The revision petitioner is the respondent to O.P.No.930 of 2016 and also to the interim application in I.A.No.524 of 2016 and aggrieved by the ad interim ex parte status quo obtained by the revision respondent, who is the petitioner in the main O.P., against revision petitioner for his continuing in care and custody of the 23 months male child Khaja Areebuddin saying under the guise of the welfare of the child, impugning the said order, maintained the present revision.

Heard both sides at length.

Undisputedly, counter to oppose the application is filed before the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and enquiry is pending since then.

Having regard to the above, this Court feels it just to dispose of the revision by directing the lower Court to dispose of I.A.No.524 of 2016 on merits within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the revision is disposed of. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
