Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that land to an extent of Ac.5.79 cents bearing old Sy.No.25, New Sy.No.45 of Pothinamallayyapalem Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, belongs to the father of petitioner. At the time of marriage of the petitioner, the said land was gifted to her by her father and since then she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Her name is entered in the Adangal/Pahani village account as enjoyer. Petitioner further claims that when there is some dispute with regard to boundaries, she made an application to the Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam Rural3rd respondent through Mee-Seva on 06.06.2017. As there was no response she submitted another F-line application on 09.12.2017, and a receipt to that extent was also issued. Alleging inaction on the request of petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 09.12.2017, application was made by the petitioner to the respondents by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued. 4.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal-3rd respondent is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements

- 3 - and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
