HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 2320 of 2009 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following relief:

" " issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari, after calling for the records relating to the Award in I.D.No.306 of 2000 dated 01.07.2003 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all other consequential benefits." 2) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the first respondent placed on record the instructions received by him, wherein it was stated that the services of the petitioner were regularized with effect from 01.01.2011 and he was allotted with the Staff No.E.427525. To which, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication and no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition.

3) Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
