HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 764 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order and decree dated 9.8.2007 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupathi, in I.A.No. 125 of 2007 in O.S.No. 52 of 2007.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 52 of 2007 was already disposed of on 10.06.2016.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
