This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order of this Court dt.05.10.2015 in C.P. No.37 of 2015. At the hearing, Mr. B. S. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after receipt of the notice in the contempt case, the respondent has paid the balance amount and that therefore the contempt case may be closed.

In view of the above submission, the contempt case stands disposed of.
